

You can match any bit of text in the original name, use regular expressions to match entire words and numbers, and so on. Note: Here, you can use all kinds of conditions to rename the files you want. Simply write “IMG” in the box at the top for the text you want to match. Let’s say we want to keep the time stamp and only replace the “IMG” part with something more identifiable. For example, the images below are camera samples from a smartphone, and they’re all named “IMG” followed by a date and time.
