The Fat Squirrel Outdoor Company Ltd activity sessions, courses and / or parties take place in woodland and open countryside and are by their very nature not free from hazard. The client(s) will on demand reimburse Fat Squirrel Outdoor Company Ltd its reasonable costs of affecting his/her removal. In some circumstances the client(s) will not be entitled to a refund of monies and Fat Squirrel Outdoor Company Ltd will not be liable for any losses so resulting. Circumstances in which this might occur include (without limitation) disorderly or abusive conduct, intoxication, failure of control over children, inadequacy of clothing or equipment, incapacity or inability to meet the rigours of the course and / or party.
